Red Hand Customs was founded by Eric King on the idea that custom shop quality guitars should be affordable for all types of players. A price tag shouldn't keep someone from having hand crafted, custom shop quality. With a passion for vintage guitars, Eric set out to hand craft high quality electric guitars to vintage specs and familiar shapes, utilizing only the best, premium, top shelf quality USA made parts and materials while keeping them affordable for both working musicians and collectors alike!

We're not out to reinvent the electric guitar, nor are we trying to make quirky designs that look like modern art.   It's all about recreating tried and true dependable instruments that reflect the vintage era of guitars that inspired us.  We don't use CNC machines to make our guitar bodies.  We hand craft them the way they made them in the golden era of the electric guitar, bridging the past and present together to preserve the craft and techniques.
